Hey girl hey. Im Crystal Imani. I started in fitness as a personal trainer, and later became a doctor of occupational therapy, but the real story is that I’ve had to rebuild myself more than once.
There were seasons when the gym felt like my safe place, and seasons when I avoided it because life felt heavy. I’ve gone through burnout, heartbreak, identity shifts — all the moments that make you question who you are and force you to start over. Those experiences shaped how I see strength now: it’s not about perfection, it’s about learning how to show up for yourself again.
My background in OT taught me the deeper side of health — how stress, habits, emotions, and the body all overlap. My fitness background taught me resilience. Together, they help me understand people in a way that feels both practical and compassionate.
Outside of work, I’m just a woman in her 30s trying to live a life that feels like mine again — finding hobbies, laughing at myself, and growing through everything I’ve been through.
